What the forms collect

Participation forms collect your name, email, selected participation route, sector, and any note you choose to share. Newsletter registration collects your email, optional name, selected update preferences, and the date you gave consent.

How those details are used

The project team uses participation details to review expressions of interest and respond about possible involvement. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Email subscriptions require a separate choice and confirmation of your email address.

Storage and service providers

Submitted details are stored in Supabase. The authorised project editor can access submissions. Vercel hosts the website; Supabase provides database, photo storage and editor sign-in. When connected, Resend processes confirmation emails. Basic request information is used to limit spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the application’s rate-limit table.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in your registration email. The website retains an unsubscribed email record to prevent further updates. You can ask the project team to correct or delete your submission.

A public project contact will be added before public launch. During this private review, contact the project lead through your existing programme channel.

Photos and interviews

Named profiles, photographs and public quotes should be published only with the contributor’s agreement. The landscape illustration on this website is conceptual artwork, not a photograph documenting a project location.

Browser preferences

The website remembers your motion preference on your device. It does not use that preference to identify you. No advertising or analytics tracker has been added to this version.
